Attorney Allan R. Curhan is an experienced lawyer, author and adjunct professor of law, with expansive knowledge of commercial, business and finance issues. Mr. Curhan was a partner in a prestigious law firm in Boston, Massachusetts before establishing Allan R. Curhan & Associates in Plymouth to serve businesses and individuals in Plymouth and Barnstable Counties. Mr. Curhan is also one of the founders of the Colonial National Bank, and served as its chairman and president for several years as well as its counsel. The bank later merged with a large regional bank.
Attorney Allan R. Curhan co-authored "The Franchise and Dealership Termination Handbook." He is also the author of Encroachment, Coercion and Termination in the Automotive World; An Overview, an article published by the American Bar Association, Forum on Franchising in 2006.
A Harvard graduate, attorney Allan R. Curhan represents clients in state and federal courts. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the American Bar Association and its Forum on Franchising as well as the Plymouth District Bar Association. He was recognized for his work in dealership and financing matters in 2004 and 2005 when he was selected for inclusion in Boston's and Plymouth's Super Lawyers list.
